Twenty Four 7 Global Solutions RETURN POLICY

A Twenty Four 7 Global Solutions representative must authorize all returns. For authorization please call (888) 507-9783. At the time of authorization you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany your return. When returning any item, please include in the package: your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Twenty Four 7 Global Solutions. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order or for defected/damaged product. Twenty Four 7 Global Solutions will pay for return shipping to customers on items ordered that were not filled correctly or defected/damaged. Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, unless the item was sent to a customer in error. Customers are required to appropriately package any return, Twenty Four 7 Global Solutions is not responsible for damaged return shipments and will take damage goods back at our discretion.

Return Procedure 1. Contact Twenty Four 7 Global Solutions at (888) 507-9783 to be issued a Return Authorization number (RMA) 2. After receiving your RMA number securely package your items in the original carton or carton of your choice 3. Return the items to our return address: Twenty Four 7 Global Solutions RMA# - 898 N. Sepulveda Blvd. Suite 465 El Segundo, CA 90245 Twenty Four 7 Global Solutions may at its own discretion refuse any returned shipment.
